Excellent location. Just a block and half from ski bus, 4 blocks to Main Street Breckenridge (bars and restaurants), easy walk, but when you return home, it is quite and peaceful. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Main! 1.5 blocks from grocery and liquor store. Half a block to sledding. Location doesn’t get any better!!
The home is cozy and warm. Each room has it’s own separate temperature control. Towels and linens are provided.
The home consists of 4 separate bedrooms each with a private full bathroom suite.
Upstairs – 2 bedrooms boast a large king size bed with 4 pillows each. The master bedroom has a lounge chair and flat screen TV with Amazon Prime and Netflix for streaming.
The Main level is an open concept design with a fully stocked kitchen.
Kitchen – High End Wolf gas oven and range. Microwave and dishwasher. Full size refrigerator. Cuisinart drip coffee maker with filters, coffee, sugar and creamer.
Granite counter tops and bar top. Dishware for your entire party.
Dining – Large round dining table with an additional round game table for seating of 12.
Gaming -The gaming area has multiple card and board games for all ages.
Family Room – Couch, love seat and recliner in front of 60″ flat screen TV and gas fireplace stove.
Off of the kitchen is a powder room with a full size washer and dryer. Hot tub towels and sleds are stored here.
Lower level – consists of 2 bedrooms. 1 with a king bed and the other with 2 queen beds.
Entry – By the front door are boot warmers/dryers that have a helmet attachment. The entry has ski storage racks and mud trays.
Outside – Steps from the kitchen door or front door is an 8 person hot tub with easy access from the deck. Off-street parking for 3 vehicles.
Available 24/7 with key coded door. Space is completely private for you. Entire house and hot tub are for your personal use.
This house is in the historic (Victorian) neighborhood in Breckenridge. Each house is unique and quaint. Very quiet with occasional wildlife visible at certain times of the day. It is a short walk to Main street where there are tons of shops and restaurants, the grocery/liquor store, sledding, and ski bus that will take you to the lifts in Breckenridge and surrounding ski resorts/towns (free). 1 block from the dog park and sledding hill. Summer time boasting championship golf only a 10 minute drive away. Lake Dillon is 15 minutes to the marina with boat, paddle board and kayak rentals available. Bike trails adorn Summit county. You can ride to all of the other towns on a paved trail. And all around lake Dillon renowned for it’s pristine views and breathtaking scenery.
Once you get to property, you can access SO much by foot. Conveniently located 4 blocks from Main Street. Supermarket, Post Office and Library within a 2 block radius. There is a free shuttle, a block and half away, that can take you to surrounding towns/ski resorts and to the Breckenridge Gondola and lifts. The Gondola and lifts are walking distance.
Multiple restaurants and bars are within 5 minutes walk so no need to worry about finding a parking spot.

– Bunk bed and ladder use has inherent risks. Please use care with the ladder, upper bed, and entire bunk bed.
